Delete Your Data
In accordance with Meta's policy, we provide users with the ability to delete their data associated with our service through the Facebook integration.
How to delete your data?
- Through Facebook settings:
Go to your Facebook profile → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Find "Marketoria" and click "Remove". This will trigger an automatic data deletion request to our servers.
- Direct request:
Send an email to privacy@marketoria.com.ua with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your Facebook User ID or the email used during registration.
- Through Service settings:
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Facebook Connection → Disconnect. This will remove all Facebook-related data from your account.
What data do we delete?
Upon receiving a deletion request, we delete:
- Access Tokens to your advertising account.
- Your Facebook User ID and name from our connections database.
- Cached ad account information (account IDs, names, metadata).
- OAuth state tokens associated with your session.
