1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the marketoria.com.ua service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Service.

Services are provided by FOP Sprinskyi Rostyslav Valeriiovych, Tax ID (ЄДРПОУ): 3289617335.

2. Description of the Service

Marketoria is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate advertising banners, copy, and strategies for social media and other advertising channels.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must register. You are fully responsible for the security of your password and for any actions that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to advanced features of the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through WayForPay or other available payment methods.

Refund terms and pricing plan details are described in the Public Offer. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Generating content that violates laws of Ukraine or the rights of third parties.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Creating harmful or illegal content through AI tools.
• Violating Meta Platform Terms or Developer Policies through your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: Rights to generated banners, copy, and strategies belong to you as the user, provided full payment for the services.

Service content: The source code, design, logos (except those generated for you), and methodology of Marketoria are the property of FOP Sprinskyi R.V. and are protected by intellectual property law.

7. Facebook (Meta) Integration

When you connect your Facebook account to the Service, you authorize us to access your advertising data through Meta APIs in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

• You are the authorized administrator of the ad accounts you connect.
• Actions taken through the Service (creating campaigns, managing ads) will affect your actual Facebook advertising.
• You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time through the Service settings or through Facebook directly.

8. Google Drive Integration

When you connect your Google Drive to the Service, you authorize us to access files you select via Google Picker and to upload generated banners to your Drive using the drive.file OAuth scope. You acknowledge that:

• We only access files you explicitly select or files created by the Service.
• We do not have access to your entire Google Drive.
• You can disconnect Google Drive at any time through your project settings or via Google Account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will always meet your expectations or be error-free. We are not liable for any damages related to the use or inability to use the Service, including any consequences of advertising campaigns created through the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these Terms or suspicion of illegal activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service interface or by email.
